Let There Be Light

I thought you might like to see a finished lamp

This one is called " The circus comes to town", there is another one im working on right now and its white, and the theme is the secret garden.

I wanted this to look dark and eerie, very "A series of unfortunate events"  I love that movie, especially the stage at the end, Im getting married on a stage like that!

Elephants, Ringleaders, Clowns, Horse Riding, Cannons, Trapeze, weve got it all...

Paper, Lights and Gold mmmmm...
dont worry it has been heat tested and comes with a Warning Disclaimer...

She is a talented mystery girl ...little Miss Paper Moon....

The people in the city will be down for the show....

Wont you come in and check out the freak show Brah Hah Ha!!

Its a huge amount of work but when its finished its sooo worth it !!

  1. Hi Sheree! This is absolutely stunning. Amazing amount of work - but so well worth it. :) I loved the Series of Unfortunate Events movie as well...the sets were astounding. This piece has such a magical, almost mystical feel to it. And I adore that it's in a bird cage! Bye for now...hope to hear from you soon.

  5. Wow, you have created a little piece of magic. Are you perhaps a fairy?
I am watching for the postman every day to bring me my bag made by a fairy... but still he lets me down. Today we have snow again, so no doubt he'll stop at home with his feet up!
    Loved your last post too.

  8. Hi Sheree!

I can't tell you how warm you've made me feel...not only with this gorgeous, glowing Circus Fantasy, but by your intrepid Spirit and generosity. I loved that you dropped by my little blog and left me such encouragement, great advice (hmmmm, circle words in pencil first.....sometimes the simplest things aren't so simple....haha)and an inner light so bright, it left a glare on my screen. Thank you so much for being you....and letting the rest of us share a bit of your magic! I'm honored that you're choosing to follow me...I know how busy you keep yourself!

Oh, and by the way, we're in negotiations to purchase our very first house and in the backyard is a miniature cottage complete with shutters and an herb garden! I think about that little house as much as the big one, with a glimmer in my eye!

    All my best,
    Cameron
